A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B G80.

On September 25, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on September 22:37, 2018, was driving ahead of the D Elementary School C in Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si.

At night and at all times, the FNAS car driven by the victim E (the age of 42) was stopped according to the vehicle stop signal. As such, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering gear and brakes and safely driving the steering gear.
