A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is engaged in driving a B carren car;

On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car on April 13:37, 2016, and led the Defendant to proceed to the direction of the said elementary school in the direction of the second square, depending on the two lanes in front of the “D” located in Fapo City C.

그럼에도 피고인은 이를 게을리한 채 혈중알콜농도 0.199%의 술에 취한 상태에서 전방에 정차 중인 차들을 뒤늦게 발견하고 제동장치를 제대로 조작하지 못한 과실로 위 카렌스 승용차의 앞범퍼 부분으로 신호대기로 정차 중이던 피해자 E가 운전하는 F 엑센트 승용차의 뒤범퍼 부분을 들이받고, 그 충격으로 위 엑센트 승용차로 하여금 앞으로 튕겨 나가 위 엑센트 승용차의 앞범퍼 부분으로 그 앞에 신호대기로 정차 중이던 피해자 G(남, 71세) 운전의 H 아반떼 승용차 뒤범퍼 부분을 들이받도록 하였다.

As a result, the defendant driving a car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered from the injury of the victim, such as salt dump, tension, etc. in each two-day medical treatment.

2. The criminal suspect in violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) shall be 0.0.0 of the blood alcohol concentration at the section of about 400 meters to the place specified in the above paragraph (1) on the front of the “Bow” 26, 186-gil, calculated at the time of the temporary border as stated in the above paragraph (1).
