Around September 3, 2016, the Defendant sent a text message with the Defendant’s portable phone to the victim’s portable phone with the victim, and then sent the victim’s phone with the victim’s phone using the Defendant’s portable phone, and from November 29, 2016 until November 19:00, in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant repeatedly sent a text message that arouses fear to the victim 35 times in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes.

2.
