On December 20, 2014, around 21:25, the head of the security team, E (the head of the security team) remove information on the amendment of the management rules attached by the victim D, who is the chairperson of the above apartment management committee, on the elevator bulletin board of the above apartment, on the ground that it impedes the unity of residents, the public announcement of the election of the council of occupants' representatives, and the public announcement of the minutes of the

2. On February 3, 2015, around 16:00, the lower court ordered E, the head of the security team, to remove the public notice of the minutes of the election commission’s meeting attached to the above D, 106 elevator bulletin board, and thereby destroyed each other’s document.

The defendant of "2015 High Court 2080" shall:

On February 8, 2015, at around 14:00, the victim D (Nam, 41 years of age), the chairperson of the same apartment management committee, at an elevator consisting of 106 1-2 Ra and 3-4 Ra of the above C apartment on February 8, 2015, attached on an elevator bulletin board to remove the “on-board dismissed voting notice” attached to the above elevator for the purpose of voting for the said representative, thereby obstructing the election management commission’s affairs by force by force by having the security personnel not know of the above announcement;

On February 9, 2015, around 15:40, the said victim had F, a security guard, remove a notice of dismissal voting again attached to the said victim for the said reason, and prevented F, a security guard from becoming aware of the said notice, thereby obstructing the election commission’s affairs by force.
