Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2010, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on August 23, 201, and a fine of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the same court on October 17, 201.

On June 15, 2016, at around 02:05, the Defendant driven a Bcom sport car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.052% from the blood alcohol level at around 1km from the front of the Korean bank located in the same Do to the road after the Jin-gu in Jin-si, Jin-si, Kim Young-si.
