A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From August 201, the Defendant, from around D and Gunsan City, was in a de facto marital relationship while living in the Defendant’s house located in D and Gunsan City E, and was willing to commit an indecent act by using the fact that D’s intellectual ability of victim C (the 13-year old age), who is a father of the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

1. On the spring 20:00 on the spring 20:0 on the spring 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid off the victim’s mother DNA from the inside of the Defendant’s house located in Gunsan-si E, thereby making the victim close to the Defendant; (b) by taking advantage of the circumstances where the victim’s she was unable to easily request assistance from the Defendant, the Defendant was exempted from all the part of the victim; (c) was her chest, she was frighted into the victim’s chest; and (d) she was frighted into the part of the victim by pushing his her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the child or juvenile victim by force.

2. Around May 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around May 2013, when he was at the house of the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, left with the victim at the house of the Defendant; (b) took advantage of the circumstances described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, she was off from all the side of the victim; (c) was off from the victim’s chest; and (d) was frighted with the victim’s fingers; and (d) was sealed into the part of the victim’s fingers.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the child or juvenile victim by force.

3. On January 2013, 2012, when the Defendant was at the home of the Defendant’s head of the Defendant’s office around spring 2012, the Defendant fell with the victim, taking advantage of the circumstances described in the foregoing 1. and the circumstances, putting the Defendant’s her fingers into a negative part by cutting off the Defendant’s her fingers, cutting off the Defendant’s her fingers, and cut off the Defendant’s breasts.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the child or juvenile victim by force.

4. Around May 2013, the Defendant committed the crime at the house of the Defendant as described in the foregoing paragraph 1., around 12:30 on May 2013.
