A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for twelve years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Bodily Injury from Rape, etc.) committed rape in the Defendant’s house living room located in Bupyeong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (C233 201,000,000 P.M.) on December 2, 2012, with the intent to raped the victim D (the victim’s 11 years of age or 12 years of age or year (E) at the time when TV was reported) who was a kind of a television, and prevented the victim from getting out of the victim’s seat by one hand, she off off the victim’s seat with another hand, and gets out of the victim’s body by putting the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s part, and putting the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s part.

Accordingly, the defendant suffered bodily injury by rapeing a victim who is a minor under the age of 13 and is a relative to a minor.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under thirteen years of age) and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On December 2, 2012, which was around 3-4 days after the date of the crime described in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) committed rape in the Defendant’s home room around 2012, with the Defendant’s mind to rape the victim; and (b) injected the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative part; and (c) raped the victim who was unable to resist due to sleep.

On December 2012, 2012, approximately two to three weeks after the date of the crime described in the paragraph, the Defendant was raped with the victim who was unable to resist by inserting his sexual organ into the victim’s negative part by inserting the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s negative part.

As a result, the Defendant raped the victim who was a minor under the age of 13 and was unable to resist.

3. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (rape-rape in relation to relatives) shall be the defendant around 10:00 on January 15, 2016.
