Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is K-J childcare teachers affiliated with the I J Child Care Center located in Guang-si (hereinafter referred to as the “instant child care center”), and Defendant B is a child care teacher of the same child care center, who is in charge of counseling, guidance, rearing, and other affairs concerning the welfare of children.

1. At around 15:02 on November 12, 2014, Defendant A committed a crime of child abuse as to child abuse protected by a person obligated to report child abuse, who is a child care center, by habitually abusing 18 victimized children at K team class and restaurant of the above child care center, from around 10:3 on December 12, 2013 to 12:32 on January 9, 2015, including that the victim’s M (4 years of age and remaining) flabed with breath’s clothes flab in good hand on the ground that he/she himself/herself was occupied by the victim’s M (4 years of age and remaining).

2. Defendant B, at around 13:22 on November 28, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime of child abuse against a child who is obligated to report child abuse, who is a child care center, on his/her hand, abused nine victimized children at a total amount of 16 times from around 11:04 to December 13:57 of the same year, including that he/she had engaged in emotional abuse with five seconds of the left part of the victimized child, and has engaged in emotional abuse, on the ground that the victimized child’s N (7 years of age and remaining) neglected to perform his/her obligation dancing practice to hold public performance at a Face time.
