1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 142,00,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 100,000,000 from July 11, 2019 to the day of full payment.

On August 11, 2017, the fact that the Plaintiff set the KRW 100 million to the Defendant on October 10, 2017 due date, the interest rate of KRW 100,000 per month, and the interest rate of KRW 100,00 per month and the interest rate for delay interest rate of KRW 10,00

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the principal of KRW 142 million (i.e., KRW 100 million (i., damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from October 11, 2017 to July 10, 2019) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from July 11, 2019 to the date of full payment) as claimed by the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
