1. The defendant shall pay 142,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 26, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On December 10, 2012, the Plaintiff loaned to the Defendant KRW 10 million on August 5, 2013, KRW 50 million on August 5, 2013, KRW 70 million on August 19, 2013, KRW 142,00,000 on March 2, 2014, and KRW 142,00,000 on interest, KRW 1 million on March 2, 2014, and KRW 3 months.
B. The Plaintiff is a person who received interest of KRW 12.6 million for a year from the Defendant.
C. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the principal amounting to KRW 142,00,000 and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from April 26, 2015 to the day of full payment, following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint sought by the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
