Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2016, the Defendant driven BMW 520D car from around 7 km to around 394 km from the 403km to the 394 km from the Gyeong-gu Busan Highway located in the Gung-gu, Sung-nam-si, Busan-do, GMW 520D car at around 0.1% of alcohol concentration among blood transfusion around 23:45.
