1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;

2. Of the 2,158 square meters of land D forest land in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, indication 1, 2, 3, 16, 17, and 1 of the annexed drawings.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff mobilization industry corporation completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 19, 2004 with respect to the portion of 330/3,846 square meters of land E, Jung-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu (hereinafter “E land”); and the Plaintiff Appnbnb Co., Ltd.’s mobilization for the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 21, 2003 with respect to the portion of 3,516/3,846 of the above land.

(2) Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 10, 1989 with respect to D forest land 2,158 square meters (hereinafter “D land”) in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu. Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 12, 2007 with respect to the share of 59.6/2,158 out of the said land.
