Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant infringed on the copyright in a way that the Defendant, a copyright holder’s domicile, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, 108 Dong 506, the Defendant infringed on the copyright by putting it up on his/her hard disk (www.kisk.co. c. kr) the video work of the Defendant, which is a video work of the Defendant, Dracker, C. 108-dong 506, and distributing it to many unspecified and unspecified persons.

2. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant infringed on the copyright of Hudson’s copyright at the place indicated in the preceding port by the Defendant, a copyright holder’s copyrighted work, “permanently: Hudisk.co.co...m.)”, which is a video work of Hudson’s copyrighted work, at the location indicated in the preceding port. The Defendant infringed on the copyright by putting it up on the K disc (www.kisk.co.m.r.) and distributing it to many and unspecified persons.
