1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On June 26, 2008, the Plaintiff Jinjin Construction Industry Co., Ltd., Taejin Construction Industry Co., Ltd., Taejin Construction Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Jinjin Construction Industry”), Plaintiff Thai Construction Co., Ltd., Ltd., and the Defendant was jointly awarded a contract for “B 8 construction sections” with the Defendant.

B. On November 8, 2012, the Plaintiff Jinjin Construction Industry contracted for the construction of Hanjin Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Hanjin Construction”).

C. On February 5, 2013, A, who was a worker installing a fallen water-prevention network belonging to the Han River Construction, fell from the floor of the fallen water-prevention network (hereinafter “instant apartment”) to the floor among the above falling water-prevention network (hereinafter “the instant falling-off water-prevention network”) on the 3rd floor of 605-dong (hereinafter “the instant apartment”) around February 11:10, 2013, and then sent back to the hospital after they suffered injuries, such as thromatic brain damage and dule, etc., but died on February 14:28, 2013.

On February 25, 2013, pursuant to Article 28 of the former Enforcement Rule of the Construction Technology Management Act (amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport No. 1, Mar. 23, 2013; hereinafter the same) with respect to the instant safety accident, the Defendant notified the Plaintiffs of the imposition of penalty points that it will impose 1.4 points, 0 points, and 0.3 points, respectively, to the Plaintiff in the construction industry, on the ground that the construction site is neglected to take safety management measures.

E. On March 12, 2013 and June 28, 2013, Plaintiff Jinjin Construction Industry: (a) placed the Defendant with a heavy view on two occasions from February 3, 2013 to February 5, 2013, and carried out measures for safety, such as conducting safety education for those installation work before the input, wearing personal protective outfits, etc.; (b) however, the safety management of the Plaintiff Jinjin Construction Industry was conducted by the installer’s own negligence and resulting in the instant safety accident.
