The motion of this case is dismissed.

On November 1, 2018, the respondent's decision to designate an additional object of ex officio custody of an inshore fishing vessel granted to the applicant shall suspend its effect until the 30th day from the date the judgment in this Court 2019Guhap105923 was rendered.

Since the supporting materials submitted by the applicant alone are not deemed to have an urgent need to suspend its effect to restore damage or prevent such damage to the applicant due to the disposition stated in the purport of the application, it shall be determined as per the order.
