1. Details of the disposition;

A. A. Around September 2003, the Defendant announced the open recruitment for the location of a waste disposal facility and facilities related to Asan City (hereinafter “the instant incineration facility”). L and M residents of Asan City applied for the recruitment for the location of the instant incineration facility on January 28, 2005. (2) The Committee for Selection of the Location for Asan City Waste Disposal Facilities decided on August 16, 2005 and decided on August 125, 2005 as a result of a feasibility study on the location of six applicants.
