Punishment of the crime

around April 29, 201, the Defendant entered into a contract with C, a multi-level marketing company without multi-level marketing, to receive 20,000 won operating allowances and other operating subsidies and special subsidies for each member separately from bonuses, and from the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu D and the third floor to establish a “F business establishment” to conduct multi-level business with E at any time, from the above office, and from time to time, purchased 237,600 won, 297,000 won, 60,000 won, 267,300 won, and 50,000 won, 70,000 won, 200,000 won, 70,000 won, 70,000 won, 7,000,000 won per day, 7,000,000 won, 7,000,000 won per day under the name of each member after joining the two members.
