Defendant
C is the representative director of the multi-level marketing enterprise with the trade name “H” located in the second floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant A, Defendant B and I are directors of the above enterprise, and Defendant D is the person who operated the above business office.
1. The Defendants C, A, B, and I jointly committed a multi-level marketing business, such as Jinju and Jin cosmetics, without registering multi-level marketing business to the competent authority from March 17, 201 to September 1, 201, by leasing an office on the second floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building from around March 17, 201.
The Defendants and I, in the course of recruiting members from the subordinate 20 to the 80 members, grant the special contract store qualification when recruiting members from the subordinate 10 to the 400 members, and grant the license of a branch office when recruiting members from the subordinate 500 to the subordinate 500 members. In the case of a special contract, the Defendants and I paid 8-10% of the total amount sold as an allowance and paid 6-7% of the total amount sold as an allowance in the case of an agency, and paid 5-6% of the total amount sold as an allowance in the case of a branch office.
In addition, the Defendants and I, from time to time, shall subscribe to a multi-level marketing salesperson if they purchase “Jinju, Jinju Cosmetics,” etc. in cash 237,600 won, 297,000 won, 60,000 won in the card, and 267,300 won in the card, according to the product composition, at any time after opening a business explanation meeting at the above office, and 10,000 won shall be paid for two members per day after joining the card, and 10,000 won shall be paid for each of the two members, such as payment of 10,000 won as allowances, if each of the two members joins two members per day, and 10,000 won shall be paid as allowances without restriction at each stage, and 770,000 won in cash for Jinju-ju and Jin-ju cosmetics as part of other products.
