Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On January 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle on the 04:45 day, and proceeded along the three-lane road in front of the Dan-dong of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City with the two-lane in the direction of Kimhae-do, the Defendant neglected the front-time city, such as viewing the victim C (19 years of age) who was accompanied by the back seat, and due to the negligence that failed to accurately operate the steering gear and operating operation system, caused three-lane right-side boundary and street trees to take the front part of the said vehicle, and the said vehicle was recovered by the said vehicle, thereby causing a serious injury of drinking water due to the damage to the scale of water, the number of days of treatment of which is unknown to the victim.
