1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A and B jointly and severally 357,817,833 won and its related amount from April 8, 2013 to July 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 7, 2012, the Plaintiff operating an online shopping mall Skik (www. intersect.com) entered into a sales agency and a deposit payment contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with Defendant A (hereinafter “Defendant A”) on the sales agency for the Skik Zone (2012/2013 Sin P (Gu E) located in Gangwon-gu Crossing-gun C) on the sales agency for the Skik Zone (hereinafter “12/13 Sin-si Ski Zone”), which includes the following, with Defendant A (hereinafter “Defendant A”). Defendant B guaranteed Defendant A’s debt under the instant contract.

9. By October, 10, the Plaintiff submitted the surety insurance policy of KRW 500 million at par value to the Plaintiff. (4) If the balance of the deposit remains after the termination of the contract, the Defendant A deposited the deposit balance into the account designated by the Plaintiff within seven days after the final settlement is completed, but the final settlement is to be completed by March 31, 2013.
C. Upon the conclusion of the instant contract, the Plaintiff paid KRW 500 million to Defendant A, and the Defendant A paid KRW 500 million to guarantee the performance of the obligation to return the deposit amounting to KRW 500 million. The Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. on September 7, 2012 is the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd.
Between the insured and the insured, the amount of insurance coverage is KRW 500 million, and the insurance period is from September 4, 2012 to February 28, 2013 (178 days).
