Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on February 20, 2014, the Defendant reported that the victim D (the age of 49) was disputing the issue of the access road with E, the father of the Defendant, and threatened the victim by threatening as “this e-mail, dead, dead,” with approximately 10cm in length, which is a dangerous object.
