Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(n, 39 years of age) are related to human relations.

On May 23, 2016, at around 01:50 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant expressed that “D cafeteria” in Daegu-gu, would have a clock with the victim, and expressed that “Y clock, deader,” and that “Y clocks (20cm in the knife length) in the main place, would threaten the victim, and followed up with excessive (10cm in the knife length) and talk with the victim, thereby threatening the victim.
