A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on November 8, 2015;

A. On November 8, 2015, the Defendant, at around 02:11, 201, stolen the sum of KRW 457,000,00, including USD 50,000 in cash in the safe, and USD 50,000 in cash in the safe, by intrusioning with the entrance door door at the time of “E operated by the victim C” on the F4th floor of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.

B. On November 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed the instant crime with “G zero point”: (b) around 02:30 on November 8, 2015, the sum of KRW 90,000 in cash (10,000 KRW 9), USD 50 in the safe; (c) USD 3 and USD 10 in the said temporary exchange rate, KRW 57,00 in the United Nations (1,000 KRW 5,00 in the said temporary exchange rate) (1,00 in the aggregate, including KRW 1,00,000, KRW 5,000 in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and KRW 46,00 in the said temporary exchange rate).

2. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime, around 04:00 on November 13, 2015, in front of the 'G control point operated by the victim D' on the F4th floor in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, 2015, and stolen cash amounting to KRW 42,00 (the 1,000 Won, Chapter 22, 5,000 Won), which was located in the safe, by intrusioning into the entrance door door door, and cutting off.
