A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 200,000 to B as the price for psychotropic drugs on March 25, 2016, notwithstanding that he/she is not a person handling narcotics; and (b) purchased and sold a disposable injection device from B on the roads adjacent to the SeomasanIC located in the Chang-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the number of 22:30 on the same day, and around 22:30 on the same day.
2. Around 23:00 on March 25, 2016, the Defendant administered a Mepta medication by inserting 0.05 g of 0.05 g out of the Meptamins purchased at the seashore located in Gyeongnam-Namon C, such as Paragraph 1, into a single-use dropter and dilution with water to the right arms, although it is not a person handling narcotics.
3. On April 2016, the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, despite that he was not a person handling narcotics.
4. At early 20:00, at the bottom of the first 20:0, 0.00, 0.05 g of the Metepia, purchased at the beaches C, as in paragraph 1, was administered by inserting it into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water to the right arms.
4. On May 2016, the same year, notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, while he/she is not a person handling narcotics.
5.9.17:21 around 17:21: (a) remitted 300,000 won to B with the price of Meptamin; (b) purchased and sold disposable injection equipment from B in front of “F” located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, at around 16:00 in the same month.
5. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, despite that he/she is not a person handling narcotics.
6.0. At around 20:00, 0.0, 0.05 g of the Metepia, purchased at the sea in Gyeongsung-gun, as in paragraph 4, was administered by inserting 0.05 g of the Metepia in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water to the right arms.
6. Notwithstanding that the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics on June 23, 2016, paragraph 4 is the same as that of paragraph 4 on the 23th day of the same month, at the sea of 20:00 Gyeongnam-gun C.
