1. Defendant C shall pay to the Plaintiff the full amount of KRW 171,376,373, and KRW 129,474,373 among them, starting from June 26, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff, from December 31, 2007 to June 25, 2015, was a person who made a monetary transaction with Defendant C by lending money at the interest rate of 5 to 10% per month from Defendant C from April 25, 2008, by joining the successful bid bid system operated by Defendant C from April 25, 2008, or by paying a prize money. Defendant B is a person who was in a marital relationship with Defendant C from July 2015.

C. The Plaintiff loaned the Plaintiff’s money to Defendant C, around November 27, 201, KRW 80,000,000, and KRW 28,500,000, respectively, around October 16, 2014. (2) around November 24, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 50,000 to Defendant C with interest of KRW 1,50,000 per month and deducted KRW 1,50,000,000.
