Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the two years from the date of the final judgment against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Purchasing Metephopopon (tentatively referred to as "philopon"; hereinafter referred to as "philopon");

A. On April 26, 2014, at around 16:03, the Defendant: (a) intended to purchase writingphones from C residing in Busan; and (b) transferred KRW 5.30,000 to D’s deposit account in the name of C used by C; (c) around 18:40 on the same day, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.6 g of opphones sealed and delivered by C in a “AB” international airport for Jeju-si to its air-based plastic bags.

B. On June 19, 2014, the Defendants: (a) collected money from the Defendants on June 19, 2014; (b) purchased phiphones; and (c) decided to administer phiphones together; (b) returned 250,000 won each; and (c) remitted 50,000 won of phiphones to C with an account in the said name; and (d) on June 15, 2014, the Defendants were above-mentioned around 15:00.

In the same manner as described in the port, C conspired to purchase approximately 1g of philophones in collusion.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. (i) The Defendant’s crime committed by Defendant A around April 26, 2014 at Jeju F, 201 at the Defendant’s home, and No. 1-A, around April 19:30.

Pursuant to Paragraph 1, approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased and possessed, which are mixed with aquatic water and put them into a single-use injection machine, and then injected them into the left arms, and Shelled on April 27, 201, at the same place around 19:00 and at the same time.

(v) approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased and possessed as stated in paragraph (1), shall be administered in the same manner as above, and the Defendant is in the same place as around 19:00 on April 30, 2014.
