On May 29, 2013, from around 02:30 to 03:05 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s making soup business by force by force of the customers, who were the head of the above business establishment in Gwangju City, and the victim E, who was the head of the above business establishment, in front of Gwangju City, “it is prohibited from entering the making soup.”
