Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Western District Court on December 22, 2015, and the execution of a sentence was terminated by the original prison on November 22, 2016.

Defendant B, on May 4, 2016, sentenced Defendant B to ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (competence) in the Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 4, 2016 at the Suwon detention center.

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall receive, sell, administer, or possess Metephopa (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and the Defendants are not the narcotics handler.

2. Defendant B

A. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection instrument from Hucheon-gu G Borrowing H around 23:30 on July 31, 2017, and dilution them with water, and injection them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On August 3, 2017, the Defendant possessed a phiphone by putting approximately 13.31g of philophones, which were administered under the former paragraph, into vinyl 13.31g of sylphones, after being requested to request the custody of the Defendant on the PSM 5 vehicle operated by the Defendant in front of Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Soon.
