1. 공갈 피고인은 2016. 6. 9. 19:40경 충북 음성군 대화2길 7-10에 있는 문화마을 공터에서 그곳을 지나던 피해자 D(15세), 피해자 E(15세) 등 중학생 5명을 보고 이들을 불러세운 후 “나 전에 조직폭력배였다, 말을 잘 들어라, 돈 있는 것 줘봐”라고 말하며 손을 들어 피해자들을 때릴 것처럼 겁을 주어 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자 D으로부터 2,000원을, 피해자 E으로부터 3,000원을 즉석에서 교부받았다.

2.
