A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has served as safety personnel in Western-si C, and has served as part-time personnel.

1. No person shall intrude into any public use place used by many and unspecified persons, such as a toilet, bath, bath, or launching room, breast-feeding facility, escape room, etc. for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire;

B. At around 09:20 on August 15, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the public use site used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting their sexual desire by installing a camera to photograph the body of many women at the above C Women’s Desertion room.

2. No person shall photograph the body of a person against the will of the person subject to photographing, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. From around 13:00 on August 13, 2019 to around 19:00, the Defendant taken the body of an unspecified female female victim using a slope, such as taking the body of the female female victim with no name, through a camera installed in a verification color room, which was set up under the lowest column of the object box, and taking the body of the female female female victim with a view to his/her will, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

B. On August 15, 2019, at around 09:20, the Defendant’s 09:20, left the above C Women’s Desertion room, the Defendant’s body is a large number of unspecified women who use the boomed room through a Kamerra installed in the lower partitions of the things box.
