1. The Defendant is the Appointor H, I, J, K, K, M, M, N, P, Q, R, T, U, V, W, X,Y, Z, AAB, AC, AE, AE, AE, AF, AH, and AI.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Korea Housing Corporation (the defendant was merged with the Korea Housing Corporation on October 1, 2009 and became the defendant; hereinafter "the defendant") made the first announcement of invitation on June 28, 2002 for the purpose of leasing the AP apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case") for five years.

Accordingly, the remaining designated parties except H, I, J, K, K, U, C, Q, AH, Q, AR, and AI, and the plaintiffs, except the plaintiffs AS, AT, AU, AJ, AV, AW, AW, AY, AY, AZ, AZ, BA, BB, BC, BD, and AV, and the remaining plaintiffs leased the relevant apartment in the “location” list of the designated parties in attached Table 1 from the defendant.

B. Since September 2009, from around December 2009 to December 2009, the Defendant concluded a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with respect to the relevant apartment as indicated in attached Table 3’s calculation column with the designated parties, excluding H, I, J, K, L, U,C, AC, Q, AH, and AI, Plaintiff AS, AT, AT, AV, AJ, AV, AW, Ax, AY, AY, BB, BB, BC, BD, and AV, and the remaining designated parties and the other plaintiffs around that time paid the corresponding amount indicated in attached Table 3’s calculation column as the sales price and sold the corresponding household in the same list.

C. The designated parties received or succeeded to the claim for return of unjust enrichment of this case from the number of buyers of the apartment of this case as indicated below, AR, Plaintiff AS, ATS, AT, AU, AV, AV, AX, AY, AZ, BA, BB, BC, BD, and AV, and each of the instant claims for return of unjust enrichment of this case was notified to the Defendant around that time.

Plaintiff AY due to the inheritance obligee’s division of AR AS BF agreement among the successors to whom the name and the same type of succession is succeeded, Plaintiff AV transfer of claims, Plaintiff AV transfer of claims, Plaintiff AV BH, and Plaintiff AY due to the inheritance transfer of claims, Plaintiff AVBK agreement division.
