Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, forged 10 copies of the civil petition for tracking the financial crime under the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, an official document for the purpose of exercising.

2. Uttering forged public documents, and fraud;

A.
