A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence 1, 6, 7, and 8 shall be confiscated, respectively.

The defendant is an applicant for compensation.

On June 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a crime of assault in Seoul Eastern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 14, 2018.

The Defendant, under employment of the above-mentioned policy measures to ensure that the Defendant was responsible for, and acting in, singinging the above names (i.e., one-time “E” and “F”), intended to take the role of receiving the victims’ money and valuables by pretending the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service.

1. Around May 17, 2019, the Defendant forged public document documents indicated the following: (a) at the printing office in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) opened a document file in the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission with the seal of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission; (c) printed out 10 copies of the document form A4 form using the printer, and printed out from the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission in the name of the Financial Services Commission on May 24, 2019, the “Financial Services Commission” (No. 2019 type 1186); and (d) the Financial Services Commission will take measures to trace and examine the bank passbook and illegal funds through the account tracking; and (e) prove transparency in the account via the account tracking; and (e) printed out 20 copies of the document form in the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission on May 24, 2019.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the name singinging staff, etc., forged 30 copies of the “civil petition for tracking financial accounts” document under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, an official document, for the purpose of exercising.
