Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months in the Seoul Western District Court for night residence intrusion theft, etc. and for 4 months in fraud, etc. on April 12, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 12, 2014.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 28, 2014, the Defendant, as if he/she were to do so, had been employed in the convenience store and had the intent to steal the property, such as cash, at night work convenience store. 2. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On November 8, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained one national card (N) owned by the victim D on the front side of the Korean National Bank located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; (c) embezzled as he/she had on his/her own idea without following necessary procedures;

B. On December 12, 2014, around 16:00, it is necessary to acquire one copy of the national physical fitness card (O) owned by the victim E, which was lost by the victim E in the vicinity of the automation device in the national bank located in the 300-day E-mail, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government History, and return it to the victim.
