Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for special intimidation, etc. by the Daejeon District Court. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant was released from the Chungcheong Detention House on July 30, 2018 and sentenced to a suspended sentence of seven months for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Daejeon District Court (Invalidation of the suspended sentence) and released on July 30, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】
