1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited in the instant case is as follows: (i) the circumstances in the 7th part of the judgment are as indicated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for adding “I” to “I” in the following circumstances: (ii) Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The court below's determination on the first instance is justifiable even in light of the following: (a) the Plaintiff’s assertion that was partially supplemented in the first instance court; (b) the Plaintiff's assertion that was partially supplemented in the first instance court; and (c) the Plaintiff's evaluation on the commission of the medical records to the head of the high school, university, college, father, mountain hospital, and the head of the high school, and the Minister of National Defense; and (d) the result of the examination on the fact-finding to the Minister of National Defense was examined; and (e) the first instance court's determination is justifiable. 6) The Plaintiff's explanation
4.1. Although there was a fact that the disease was treated by infection by fumoculum, in light of the fact that the disease was in a healthy state from around 2-3 months to June of the same year, and thereafter, the disease of this case occurred, it is difficult to deem that the above infection by fumoculum as above caused the direct outbreak of the fumoculum, and there is no objective evidence to deem that the disease resulted in a sudden aggravation of the natural progress in the middle of the fumoculous process by combined action with excessive and stress.
2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
