1..
Reasons
1. The grounds for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows, except for adding the following contents between the 7th and 4th of the judgment of the first instance, and adding the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the attached Form, to the grounds for the judgment of the first instance.
Therefore, it is accepted in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[Supplementary Parts] 6 The defendant asserts that psychological and social factors, such as assault and harsh treatment, in the military service, do not directly cause the outbreak of a mental fission, and such factors alone do not cause a mental fission.
However, according to the medical record appraisal results for the head of the High University, Uniform Hospital (hereinafter “the result of the medical record appraisal results”), “The abnormal cerebral development may be achieved by working for any element that may cause more than the brain development before the infant prior to the infant according to the “Ss-Lis-Lis-Lisic temporary installation,” which is widely recognized temporary installation for the cause of mental division. This act as a special vulnerability for mental division (the vulnerability may be specifically classified into genetic factors, nephalopological factors, and nephal communication change, etc.). This act as a special vulnerability for mental division (the vulnerability may be specifically divided into ethic factors, nethic factors, and nethic communication factor). If a person with such vulnerability is exposed to environmental stress after having come to an adult age, and is subject to environmental stress, such environmental stress is recognized as contributing to the outbreak or aggravation of stress arising from external environment.”
Therefore, psychological and social factors, such as violence and cruel acts, etc., in the military service, as well as the special vulnerability of individuals to mental fissiona, are the direct cause of the outbreak or aggravation of mental fissiona. Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.
