A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 9, 2020, from around 04:00 to 04:30, the Defendant had been trying to receive medical treatment by suffering from a wound in the friendship and drinking place in the C Hospital Emergency Service Center located in the City of Pakistan, due to the dispute between the friendship and drinking place. However, the Defendant interfered with the receipt and receipt of the victim D patients, who are the original and staff members of the victim, by drunkly doing so and making a large sound without receiving medical treatment.
