Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On August 28, 2015, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo Vehicles without obtaining a driver's license within approximately 30 meters from the front of the Do in Yangsan-si to the front of the city in the same city.
