1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 165,636,508 and the interest rate thereon from December 18, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The facts in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the evidence Nos. 1 through 7. Thus, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 165,636,508 for the goods and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from December 18, 2019 to the day of full payment after the final delivery of the instant payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
