A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the driving of B rocketing taxi.

On December 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the above taxi at around 02:30 on the front side of the main road of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, thereby threatening the victim by means of making the victim’s U.D. 3 driver’s vehicle of the victim C (V, the age of 27) change from the two lanes to the one lane on the ground that the driver’s vehicle of the victim C (V, the age of 27) changed from the two lanes to the other one; and (b) moving the vehicle to the above taxi of the victim, which is an object dangerous to chemicalization, and moving the vehicle to the passenger’s vehicle at the front of the victim’s vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the driving of B rocketing taxi.

On January 13, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a speed of 01:20, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle at a speed of 109 K/h in the speed of 109 K/h, depending on four lanes between the six lanes in the direction of Seoul, the intersection of 56 Gam Park at the direction of Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

At night, the place was in the front door. In such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident by safely checking whether he/she is a person who gets on a road by reducing the speed and taking the front door well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the victim E (58) who was unauthorized to cross the crosswalk without permission in accordance with the crosswalk red signals by negligence, which caused a speed exceeding 20km a speed of 20km per hour, without neglecting it, and caused the victim to stop.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sent the victim E to F Hospital and died due to diversified damage, and is boarding the back seat of the Defendant’s vehicle.
