The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

According to the records, the defendant appealed against the judgment of the first instance and asserted only unfair sentencing on the grounds of appeal.

In such a case, the argument that the court below erred in violation of law is not a legitimate ground for appeal.

Examining various circumstances, such as the Defendant’s age character and character environment, relationship with the victim, motive means and consequence of the instant crime, etc., as indicated in the record, the lower court cannot be deemed as extremely unfair to sentence the Defendant to imprisonment with prison labor for life.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
