The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

According to the records, the defendant appealed against the judgment of the first instance and asserted only unfair sentencing on the grounds of appeal.

In such a case, the argument that the judgment of the court below did not recognize mental disorder is not a legitimate ground for appeal.

In addition, in full view of various circumstances, including the Defendant’s age and character environment, relationship to victims, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, there is no substantial reason to recognize that the judgment of the court of first instance, which maintained the judgment of the court of first instance that sentenced the Defendant to an indefinite imprisonment, is extremely unfair.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
