1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a person engaging in driving of B T-Ra motor vehicle; (b) was under the influence of alcohol with 0.157% alcohol level on July 2, 2014; and (c) was driving the said motor vehicle on the front side of the Gyeongwon-gu, Jinwon-si, Jinwon-si, who was under the influence of normal driving.
