Defendant

A is the representative director of the defendant corporation B who runs the construction business in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. Defendant A

(a) No national technical qualification certificate that violates the Act shall be lent or lent to any other person;

Nevertheless, on August 2015, the Defendant borrowed a national technical qualification witness qualification certificate (a qualification certificate number: G) from F through E (a prosecution on May 22, 2017) at the office B, Inc., a corporation, and E (a prosecution on the support of Suwon Friwon).

(b) No constructor who intends to obtain appraisal and public announcement of the execution capacity from the Minister of Construction and Transportation in violation of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry shall submit to the Minister of Construction and Transportation any false performance records of construction works, current status of engineers holding

Nevertheless, the defendant lent F a certificate of qualification as a construction engineer from F as described in the above paragraph (a), and made a false list of status of construction engineer as if F was an engineer in B in the office of the Co., Ltd. on February 3, 2016 and submitted it to the Korea Construction Association delegated by the Minister of Construction and Transportation.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, the representative director of the Defendant, borrowed a witness qualification certificate from F with respect to the Defendant’s business, as described in paragraph 1(a).

B. The Defendant violated the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, as stated in Section 1-B, prepared a false statement of the status of the Defendant’s work as if the F was the Defendant’s technician, and submitted it to the Korea Construction Association.
