Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative of (State)B.

No person shall lend his/her national technical qualification certificate to any third person, and shall conduct construction works or construction technology services in another person's name, or lend his/her career certificate to any third person.

Nevertheless, from January 201 to January 201, 201, the Defendant obtained the qualification examination of services, etc. ordered by the branch information sources of national land under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport at the office of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C non-dong (State) B from January 201 to January 201, and paid KRW 44,100,000 per month in total as rental fees, and borrowed D’s national technical qualification certificate (E) and construction technology career certificate (F).

In addition, from October 2010 to January 2016, the Defendant borrowed the national technical qualification certificate and construction technology and career certificate from 28 persons in total under the condition that rental fee is paid as shown in the attached crime list by the aforementioned means.

2. The Defendant Company B, at the date, at the time and place under the preceding paragraph, borrowed a national technical qualification certificate and a construction technology career certificate in relation to the Defendant’s work.
