1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

2. 300,000 won shall be collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Ulsan District Court on July 23, 2008, and was sentenced to ten months from May 12, 2010, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch on May 2, 201, and on May 26, 201, on February 1, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months from the Busan District Court's imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence six times.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 2, 2015, the Defendant issued approximately 0.03g g of Melopon to E in the name of the Defendant’s operation (hereinafter “manlopon”) in the rocketing car parked near the E’s residence located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, without compensation.

2. On February 2016, the Defendant purchased at least KRW 0.03g of 100,000,000 from the nameless person who became aware of “F” in the vicinity of an insular subway station located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City, by dilution the said phiphone into coffee, and on the same day, administered phiphones by dilution the said phiphones from the mutual insular telephones located in the Nam-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

3. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.03g of 100,000 squarephone from the name-free person, who became aware of “F” through a smartphone hosting pattern near the cafeteria located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City). On the same day, the Defendant administered the phiphone in a way of inserting the said phiphone by inserting the said phiphone into a single-use mobile phone at the trade in French-dong located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Seoul Metropolitan City) and dilution it with water, and then injection the phiphone into the Defendant’s arms.
