1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,41,930 as well as 20% per annum from November 20, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

According to the purport of the argument, the Plaintiff, as the manager of the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu C (hereinafter “instant commercial building”), sought payment of the management expenses for the commercial building located in the instant commercial building 205 through 207, which was unpaid by the Defendant to the Defendant, who is the occupant of the instant commercial building. Thus, according to the purport of the argument, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the management expenses for the commercial building 205 through 207, 75,41,930 won [=36,840,200 won (205)] from December 2, 2013 to September 2014, 75,41,9417,430 won (206), and according to the above acknowledged facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the compensation for delay damages at the rate of 11,917,430 won (207), 20% and 201% from the following day to September 2014.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
