Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violences, etc.) at the Seoul Central District Court, for one year and six months, and two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2013.
