Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for one year and six months for fraud, and that judgment became final and conclusive on December 10 of the same year.

[2] The Defendant was the representative director of D (hereinafter “D”) from March 24, 201 to around September 15, 201, and was the representative director of E from September 15, 201, and F and G were the head of D group.

Where a paid member is recruited by joining another member, 50% of the points accumulated by other members may be accumulated in person, but two types of paid members shall be included.

A general member may obtain additional accumulation from among the points accumulated by the recommended members (1st member), and a VIP member may obtain additional accumulation from among the points accumulated by the member (2nd member), recommended by the member recommended by the VIP member and the member recommended by the member (1st member) (2nd member).

General members shall be KRW 220,000 (U.S.).
